The company utilizes Tekla Structures for detailed 3D modeling, which incorporates all data required for design, manufacturing, and installation. This model is then used to automatically generate shop drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM) reports, thereby guiding steel fabrication and material procurement. 

For structural design and analysis, software such as ANSYS, Sap2000, and MIDAS are employed for comprehensive modeling and simulations.

PRODUCTION AND PROCESSING

Backed by a technical team of over 100 professionals and a robust expert consultant team, the company leverages its specialized processing and production management systems. This strong technical foundation has been instrumental in the successful execution of numerous high-profile projects, including those for SAIC Volkswagen, Shanghai Lingang, and State Grid.


The company's fabrication workshop is equipped with a comprehensive suite of advanced, CNC-controlled machinery. Our capabilities include CNC laser and plasma cutting for blanking, 3D CNC drilling, and CNC multi-axis intersecting line cutting for complex profiles. For welding, we employ H-box automatic submerged arc welding, CO2 gas shielded welding, box-type electroslag welding, and double-head automatic welding for grid bars. Additional key equipment includes a three-side CNC H-beam finishing line, automatic straightening machines, multi-head shot blasting machines, and high-pressure airless spray systems.

Detection Range

The company possesses comprehensive testing instruments covering the entire steel structure workflow—from raw material procurement and fabrication to construction installation. Key capabilities include: 1. Non-Destructive Testing (NDT):Weld inspection for steel structures, Bolt-ball joint examination, Methods: Ultrasonic testing (UT), Magnetic particle testing (MT). 2. Structural Integrity Checks: Deformation measurement of steel componentss, Performance testing of high-strength bolts. 3. Coating Analysis: Protective coating quality assessment.

Testing Equipment

Our quality control lab is outfitted with advanced inspection devices for full-process verification. Key equipment includes the PXUT-280B and HS610e ultrasonic flaw detectors for NDT, an automated elemental analyzer and precision balance for material analysis, as well as hardness testers, coating thickness gauges, calibrated torque wrenches, and dedicated fixtures for structural testing.
